4. Non-Refundable Cases

   • If more than 25% of course content has been accessed.

   • If the request is made beyond 14 days from enrollment.

   • Special offers, discounts, or promotional enrollments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations

   • You can cancel your enrollment anytime by contacting us at the details above.

   • Cancellations do not guarantee a refund unless approved as per the policy.
